Poche settimane fa ho ritirato la mia captur full hybrid e devo dire che sono molto felice della scelta e dal modo in cui tutti i vari reparti aziendali hanno gestito tutto L iter di acquisto partendo dalla vendita fino alla consegna chiavi in mano, passando poi per l’amministrazione e parte burocratica. Una menzione particolare però vorrei farla per Matteo, una persona molto in gamba, preparata professionalmente e sempre disponibile. È stata un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglierei a tutti. r	remigio pellacini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei fare una considerazione da ex Venditore, nei confronti di un "Consulente della Concessionaria" Lasagni, Matteo Bolognesi, con il quale ho avuto la possibilità di assistere alla trattativa che c'è stata con mia moglie. Una persona che ti accoglie con grande empatia, ma soprattutto con grande professionalità. Fin da subito ho capito quali sono le differenze fra lui e altri "consulenti" che ho avuto modo di conoscere accompagnando mia moglie per cercare l'auto che desiderava. Nonostante le difficoltà di comunicabilità che ci sono causa mascherine per il Covid, c'è stata immediatamente la sensazione di grande attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, per cercare di capire quale prodotto migliore poter offrire. Non voglio dilungarmi troppo per non annoiare chi legge, ma dico solamente che siamo usciti dalla Concessionaria con un Contratto firmato che ci ha soddisfatto completamente! Direi che, sia per noi, ma credo anche per il Signor Bolognesi, sia una grande soddisfazione! Ora, aspettiamo con ansia l'arrivo della nostra fiammante Captur Intense E- TECH Hybrid.... I	ILove XtinaAguilera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamiamo per chiedere la disponibilità' di un auto usata, ci dicono che l auto e' disponibile invitandoci ad affrettarci perche' le auto usate vanno via subito...una volta giunti sul posto, veniamo accolti da Fabio che dopo averci fatto vedere la vettura e fatti accomodare al suo interno all improvviso viene colto da un dubbio...dopo essersi di molto allontanato per consultarsi al telefono con un collega è tornato da noi imbarazzato comincia a accennarci che forse il prezzo non e' più quello che avevamo visto all inizio su un annuncio on line e che per comprare la vettura avremmo dovuto stipulare un finanziamento con la loro finanziaria obbligatoriamente anche se eravamo in condizioni di pagare subito...dopo il mio rifiuto a trattare per un altro prezzo e a finanziare l importo da concordare, preferiamo andare via, ma i venditore in questione prende il nostro numero di telefono promettendo di chiamarci il giorno dopo per informarci sul nuovo prezzo della vettura...voi o avete sentito? Neanche noi....LASAGNI signori, non un pinco pallino commerciante improvvisato. Oltretutto c'è stato un " piccolo problema" con la mia vecchia auto e loro mi hanno aspettata e rispettata per poterlo risolvere . Fabio il consulente è una persona cordiale e mi ha sempre contattata per aggiornarmi sullo stato dell' auto . Iris , invece , dell' amministrazione, molto competente, sorridente e cordiale . Mi ha accolto Fabio, che previa appuntamento, è riuscito a dedicarmi in più riprese circa 2 ore. Mi ha spiegato le caratteristiche della vettura, ha simulato più finanziamenti per venire in contro alle mie esigenze e infine ha formulato la proposta. Infine per darmi un termine di paragone ha anche formulato il preventivo per il nuovo gioiello Renault in uscita (Megane) purtroppo fuori budget... Nulla da eccepire su prezzo e qualità della vettura usata (praticamente nuova). In ultimo sono riuscito a provare una Zoe dimostrativa per saggiare le caratteristiche dell'auto dal vivo. Il trattamento riservato oltre al valore dell'auto ci hanno convinto all'acquisto. Posso solo dare un parere positivo della mia esperienza presto questa concessionaria dove dalla vendita (ho anche usufruito del servizio navetta, gentilmente effettuato, venendo dalla stazione FS), all'amministrazione, ai ricambi (ho comprato un accessorio) fino alla consegna, durata circa mezz'ora, si sono tutti prodigati per fare in modo che l'acquisto della vettura fosse un momento piacevole (senza stress).
