v	verdiana carauddo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo,camere ben arredate. Tutto pulitissimo, proprietaria molto gentile! L'unica pecca il parcheggio, che credevo fosse compreso nella prenotazione per poi scoprire che si parlava un parcheggio in strada (che non abbiamo trovato), dunque abbiamo girato per oltre due ore in macchina per poi parcheggiare a circa 2 km. Excellent, well-appointed rooms. All very clean, very kind owner! The only flaw parking, which I thought was included in the reservation only to discover that he spoke street parking (which we found), then we shot for two hours in the car and then park about 2 km.

Situato inoltre in una splendida posizione sul lungomare di Ortigia, comodissima anche per visitare con tutta calma lo splendido quartiere. Da segnalare anche l'ottima e abbondante colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, da consumare al bar di fronte al bellissimo Duomo. Valore aggiunto la grande cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria, Arianna, che ci ha salvato da una imprevista e scomoda situazione. Per questo aggiungiamo una nostra sesta e personalissima Stella. Nice and cozy apartment, renovated and furnished with care and taste, despite the limitations imposed by the ancient age of construction. Also located in a splendid position on the seafront of Ortigia, also very convenient for calmly visiting the beautiful neighborhood. Also noteworthy is the excellent and abundant breakfast, included in the price, to be consumed at the bar in front of the beautiful Duomo. Value added is the great courtesy and availability of the owner, Arianna, who saved us from an unexpected and uncomfortable situation. For this we add one of our sixth and very personal Stella.

Unica pecca se vogliamo trovare un punto leggermente negativo è il Parcheggio che si trova a fatica nella zona ma se avete fortuna ci sono un paio di piccole vie adiacenti dove il posto è gratuito. Consigliatissimo! Pleasant stay in a complete structure, favorable position where opening the front door the view of the Levante sea is priceless. The only flaw if we want to find a slightly negative point is the Parking which is difficult to find in the area but if you are lucky there are a couple of small adjacent streets where the place is free. Highly recommended!

Accoglienza ottima, molto utili le informazioni ricevute su spiagge, siti da visitare e ristoranti. Esperienza da ripetere!! Perfect location to experience the historic center. Clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Excellent reception, very useful information received on beaches, sites to visit and restaurants. Experience to be repeated !!

Ricavate da locali di servizio seminterrati di un palazzo antico , non dico restaurato, ma neppure ripulito, che generano una sensazione di angosciante oppressione. I bagni sono stati forzatamente ricavati in budelli angusti dove non ci si riesce neppure a muovere. L’ area comune per il breakfast è un angusto cucinino quasi totalmente occupato da un tavolo e quattro sedie dove non è fisicamente possibile mantenere il distanziamento previsto dalle norme anti COVID-19. Grazie The photos published by the very rude manager are misleading because they represent an atmosphere that you will not find when you see the two rooms live. Obtained from the basement service rooms of an ancient building, not to say restored, but not even cleaned up, which generate a feeling of distressing oppression. The bathrooms have been forcibly carved out of narrow guts where you can't even move. The common area for breakfast is a narrow kitchenette almost completely occupied by a table and four chairs where it is not physically possible to maintain the distance required by the anti-COVID-19 regulations. La posizione è perfetta e stupenda. La sera ho dormito sentendo il rumore del mare,cosa impagabile! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che giusto! Spero di ritornarci il prima possibile! Consigliatissimo! The structure is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful owners. The location is perfect and gorgeous. In the evening I slept hearing the sound of the sea, which is priceless! The value for money is more than fair! I hope to return as soon as possible! Highly recommended!
