★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast for 7 Euro is really worth it. Even in Corona times you have a kinda like buffet, made by a Cubano :D. The only strange thing is, if you book online it's cheaper than even if you are in the lobby and want to book a room?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always when I book with “B&B Hotels”, I felt amazing and I got positive vibes during my staying.
Wonderful Customer Care and super Customer Service: I wanna especially mention the guys of the breakfast area - constantly smiling and ready to attend - and Mr. Amedeo at the reception, who is a magnificent professional and an extraordinary concierge.
Once I’m in Milan again, I’ll definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was smelly and was poorly equiped, no carpet and very uncomfortable bed. The light in bathroom was also inadequate and no water cooker. It couldn't be any more uncomfortale for one night stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an example of "you get what you pay for" - it was only 75 euros/night, BUT the bed is uncomfortable and the room has zero in the way of climate control. Worse still, I switched rooms from one where at least I could open the window to one where I could not because the receptionist lead me to believe anothe room might have working climate control, but I came to find out that none of the rooms do. The next night at least the fan worked and it was cool enough to sleep but not great. The third night was back to the like the first night so I did not sleep well. I am not sure if this is specific to B&B or Milan because a friend of mine stayed at the Sheraton and they too don't seem to understand the concept of air conditioning, or if they do, they choose not to allow guests to use it (maybe power costs are expensive, I don't know). The breakfast choices are super-basic and generally not that great. Very little to nothing in the way of gluten-free or vegan options. The best part was the coffee, which I needed a lot of to stay awake the next day. it seems all coffee in Milan, no matter where you go, is fantastic. The bathroom was adequate, but barely. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the shower is the size of a mail slot - and I am 5'11", 160 lbs, so not so big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with really nice staff, very clean and spacious rooms plus the breakfast was delicious and very affordable. The location is great, with a nice view of San Siro from our room and very functional for those who like us wanted to watch the football game. Just a few minute walk away from the metro station which makes travelling really easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice staff, the person from reception was very nice and tryed to make our stay better, even proactively changed our room. The breakfast was poor, no vegetables at all. You have to invest some money in better cleaning products. The shower cabins are full of limescale and water is not keeping the same temperature. During shower, the water is coming alternatively cold or very hot with high risks of burn.
Towels and bedsheets were clean and nice arranged. I gave 3 stars only for that and for people working there. They really do their best with given conditions.
