★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is really clean and comfortable.
Our room was beautifully decorated and big. You could hear the street noise but only with windows opened.
The position is not very nice for walking around but close to the town transport, train and cruise port.
The hotel stuff is professional, kind and helpful in any way you ask. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the stay at the hotel excellent, the attention of the reception and cleaning staff was always very friendly and kind, ready to help and guide with any doubt. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with modern and pleasant decor, beautiful views on large size windows. Nice and varied breakfast. Excellent location, very centric to different interesting touristic areas, at just two minutes walk from the Piazza Principe station, were you can find train and metro lines, different buses including a Genoa touristic bus stop and taxis. We definitely recommended this hotel and will stay here again on future visits.

Not enough food for breakfast. Seriously, there's like 5 sausages, a few pieces of cheese and some random baked goods. Coffee machines were both broken.
Rooms had moldy showers and were in general not very clean.
Don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were a good size, I would have liked a bit more food for my breakfast. Especially eggs were a rarity, and always gone. The corridors were long. Sometimes it smelled strong. Not enough space in the dresser for my thong. But one night, in the glimms of light, i saw a pillow, just sitting there in the shallow, she looked like a fallow loner, so i stole her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for transport links. Opposite the Principe train station. Close to the Metro and 10 mins walk to the cruise terminal. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice, big clean room with marbled bathroom. Breakfast so-so but will definitely use again if sailing from Genoa.

The breakfast was taste.
Staffs were very helpful.
The location is not the best for a city walking but there are a lot of coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants around. It is in front of the train station and there is a good parking space there.
