Maleducati, spocchiosi e sempre printi a chiudere mezz'ora prima dell'orario reale. Impiegati lenti e, talvolta, maleducati; mi riferisco in particolare al signore che di solito sta allo sportello 1, scortese con tutti, in particolar modo con gli stranieri, ai quali risponde in maniera a dir poco vergognosa, senza apparenti motivazioni. Eviterò questo ufficio il più possibile. Very serious office. Arrivo alle 11.40 faccio 50 minuti di coda. Riesco ad entrare e a prendere numero alle 12.30. Alle 12.35 ci dicono alle 3 persone che eravamo dentro con numero che non ci attendono e che dobbiamo uscire perché chiudono a quell'ora. ¡¡UNA VERGOGNA!! Dovevo soltanto ritirare un pacco ed è diventata una missione impossibile. Se devono ritirare le pensioni cercate di fare una coda veloce per altri commissioni. Cercherò di non fare più commissioni in questo punto poste. At 9 after 15 minutes of queuing and trying to book the ticket through the app, I left to try again later. I paid to ship a box back to the US, but the woman couldn’t figure out how to classify the contents of my shipment on her screen, which were inexpensive souvenir items from a museum. She took so long i was going to miss my train. She refused to accept my box, and was annoyed when I asked if I could leave it, until she figured out which selection to make on her computer. So I had to leave to catch my train and take the box with me. Lost 39 euros. The staff should receive training on how to process international shipments before being allowed to handle customers.
