★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato allo sportello n1 con il mio chiamato(74) oggi alle ore 13.00 circa la signora allo sportello(Rosalia) mi fa scavalcare da un altra persona e mi dice di riprendermi il numero e rifare la fila, alla richiesta di chiamare il direttore per comunicare questo comportamento scorretto mi dice che il direttore è molto impegnato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrema lentezza. Luogo di alta litigiosità tra gli utenti del servizio. Lo staff fa fatica a gestire i numeri importanti di utenza. Di contro, la maggior parte del personale è cortese (anche se non tutti).

Nella lentezza, appurata anche dal fatto che vi sia soltanto la possibilità del "Tutte operazioni", vi si coniugano scontrosità e atteggiamento offensivo che mira volentieri alla dignità altrui. Naturalmente non è opportuno fare di tutta un'erba un fascio tuttavia il giudizio generale è infimo.
