Booked in for a tasting, beautiful spot looking back onto Montefioralle. Had a quick tour around the vineyard, learnt alot. Nice food and wine. We biked in, but if you drive make sure to park your car on other side of the road and walk down driveway. It's very well sign posted at start of driveway. but we had two cars come up asking for tastings and they couldn't turn around so had to very carefully reverse down the narrow driveway

An absolutely fantastic afternoon out. We booked the day before and were shown around the lovely vineyard. It’s a small family run place, 7 hectares, producing Chianti wine. We had a lovely tour and sat down to sample the Chianti Classico 2017/2016, Riserva, I.G.T and desert wine. A plate of bread with their own olive oil, polenta and ragu, meatballs, and bruschetta was delicious. With the final sample of desert wine we were given homemade (and still warm) cookies (a different take on cantucci) which were delicious. I’d return for sure. Lovely place, lovely setting and great people.

Enjoyable wines and amazing views over montefioralle. However, unfortunately quite a lack of interest from the hostess. Quite a hasty tour and we were left alone for very long time

When you visit Tuscany, this is a must-see. Montefioralle is a little gem off-track on the hills between Florence and Siena, right at the hearth of Chianti shire. You can visit the vineyard, see how the wine is made, talk to the Sieni family, who is really passionate about their job. And you can feel that in the final product. Montefioralle for me is by far the best Chianti Classico in terms of quality/price. It's actually one of my favourite wine in absolute terms. And since I discovered it, I have it shipped regularly to Belgium where I live.

Lorenzo & Manila made our visit to this small winery special - the Chianti, Toscana Monteficalle and vin Santi tasting with food pairing and tour of the winery was excellent.

I wanted to love this place - after all it's a small family-run winery with spectacular views and they have veen very flexible with us during the booking process and constant changes in our schedule. However, I cannot deny that I felt a lack of passion of the tour guide the whole time we were there. The tour itself lasted ~10 minutes (for us as well as the group after us) followed by a wine tasting where the owners daughter poured the wine, showed us the maturity curve of the wine and went inside for 10 minutes. This process was repeated for the remaining wines to taste. The wines were nice but honestly in my opinion not the best value for money (what I assume is because of the very small wine production). I honestly must say that every other winery I went to in Tuscany left a much better impression on me. A real shame!

We were so looking forward to this wine tasting and visit. We have visited many wine cellers in several countries and this is the only time that we felt the lack of interest from the person providing the `tour`. In 15mins the young lady managed to quicly explain everything about the bodega and wines. We then went inside, sat at a table and were given a small plate of different `bites´. No explanation as to what it was but frankly we noticed a line of plates sat on the kitchen table on arrival and it was inedible. We sampled 3 different chianti classic wines plus a vin sant (sweet wine). Sadly the lady poured the wine, explained `how it would be better in a few years`and disappeared downstairs to chat to her husband whilst we sipped the wine. Below average wines. Very below average interest. Very poor and disappointing and frustrating experience. Certainly would not recommend. We almost got up and left after the 2nd wine but felt that would be rude so we sat through it.

Good wine tasting. There is parking across the street for a fee with very easy access to the winery. The view from the outdoor seating area was very nice and relaxing. The man working there was very friendly and accommodated up for a tasting even though we were a bit later than our scheduled time. The wine was a reasonable price and tasted good. The Vin Santo was an interesting sweet wine that I would recommend. 4 tastings and light snacks for 25€ a person. I would return here.
