La proprietaria dovrebbe essere un po' piu' gentile con i clienti, soprattutto con quelli come me che si fanno tanti chilometri per andare a comprare i suoi prodotti, un sorriso in più non guasta. Adesso loro pure con la tecnologia e modernità se la farina per un giorno non la usi della ditta loro subito prendono il sopravvento le tarme del cibo. Loro usano il biologo al cento per cento senza probiotici sono d'accordo ma a volte dato dalla loro attrezzature moderna ci devi mettere un pizzico di chimica antisettiche, quella dei supermercati dura a lungo termine grazie al prodotto messo all'interno per la conservazione. Una cosa dove sbagliano certe aziende agricole è che dimenticano il prodotto conservazione a lunga durata e hanno da trattarli con medicine adatte all'allontanamento degli insetti come le nocchie formaggi.... . Consiglio di vendere al meglio e prendersi cura degli alimenti. Chi vende deve assicurarsi che il cliente vada dal vero biologico senza tarme. Yes for heaven's sake it's organic stuff and all right!
