★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi alti per la qualità che offre. Ho avuto problemi a farmi risarcire lo sportello di un mobile lavabo visibilmente danneggiato. Non contenti mi hanno fatto arrivare anche le mensole, sempre in geacryl, a detta loro indistruttibile - sbeccate. Dico solo che neanche con foto sono riuscita a farmi cambiare il pezzo fallato, dopo oltretutto 5 mesi di attesa.
Complimenti per il controllo qualità e l'attenzione verso il cliente!

High prices for the quality it offers. I had trouble getting a visibly damaged washbasin door repaired. Not happy, they also sent me the shelves, also in geacryl, according to them indestructible - chipped. I'm just saying that not even with photos I managed to get the flawed piece changed, after 5 months of waiting.
Congratulations on quality control and customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistati sanitari azzurra full 48 presso Leroy Merlin metà gennaio 2022, ci siamo fatti consegnare le schede tecniche(dima) dei prodotti e con questi l'idraulico ha preparato i relativi attacchi. I primi di marzo ci annunciano che tali prodotti sono usciti di produzione e quindi non sono più disponibili. Ci adoperiamo e riusciamo a trovare i sanitari presso un altro venditore. Quando l'idraulico prova a montare i sanitari si accorge che ci sono due cm di differenza tra la tazza WC e la scheda tecnica. L'idraulico ha dovuto fare non pochi sforzi e comprare diversi raccordi, per evitare di dover rifare in parte tutti gli attacchi. Ho telefonato e parlato con l'ufficio tecnico della fabbrica che mi ha risposto che sono cose che possono accadere. VERGOGNA
Purchased full 48 blue sanitary ware from Leroy Merlin mid-January 2022, we had the technical data sheets (template) of the products delivered and with these the plumber prepared the relative connections. At the beginning of March we are told that these products have gone out of production and are therefore no longer available. We work hard and are able to find the sanitary ware from another vendor. When the plumber tries to assemble the sanitary ware, he realizes that there are two cm of difference between the toilet bowl and the data sheet. The plumber had to make a lot of effort and buy several fittings, to avoid having to partially redo all the connections. I phoned and talked to the technical department of the factory who replied that these are things that can happen. SHAME

Ho acquistato il lavabo che nel giro di qualche settimana ha presentato delle striature nere, e la situazione peggiora di giorno in giorno. Non ha nemmeno sei mesi ed è già da buttare... Lor signori hanno detto che il problema non è il loro, giustamente è il mio che ho pagato caro un prodotto che vale zero.
Mai più Azzurra. Mai più!
Don't buy their products, they won't refund you!
I bought the sink which in a few weeks showed black streaks, and the situation is getting worse every day. It is not even six months old and it is already to be thrown away ... Lor gentlemen have said that the problem is not theirs, rightly it is mine that I have paid dearly for a product that is worth zero.
No more Azzurra. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per i nostri nuovi bagni abbiamo scelto sanitari, lavabi e piatti doccia Azzurra, su suggerimento del nostro architetto. Eravamo un po' preoccupati perchè non avevamo mai sentito parlare di Azzurra. Ora siamo pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta, i prodotti sono bellissimi e rispondono esattamente alle nostre aspettative. Anche il nostro idraulico, che non li aveva mai installati prima, ci ha confermato che sono prodotti di ottima qualità.
For our new bathrooms we have chosen Azzurra bathroom fixtures, washbasins and shower trays, at the suggestion of our architect. We were a little worried because we had never heard of Azzurra. Now we are fully satisfied with the choice made, the products are beautiful and exactly meet our expectations. Even our plumber, who had never installed them before, confirmed that they are of excellent quality.
