Il venditore non è stato disponibile ne ad emettere il rimborso ne a sostituire la componente danneggiata. Mi ha persino bloccato su Whatsapp...roba da matti. Mai successa una roba simile, provo imbarazzo io per lui.
Ho dovuto contattare la "Artceram" direttamente che mi ha tranquillizzato dicendomi che procederà ovviamente alla sostituzione.
Pessimo, non si lavora così!

"Artceram" sink ordered and arrived defective with a damaged crystal part!
The seller was not available to issue a refund or to replace the damaged component. He even blocked me on Whatsapp ... crazy stuff. Never has such a thing happened, I feel embarrassed for him.
I had to contact "Artceram" directly who reassured me by saying that he will obviously proceed with the replacement.
Bad, you don't work like that!
