Dovevano consegnare l’auto alle 9,30 davanti ala Stazione non solo non si sono presentati ma non rispondono NEMMENO al telefono a nessun numero
Dopo 40 minuti ci rechiamo in ufficio CHIUSO
Morale dopo 1 ora e mezza ritiriamo un auto di categoria inferiore senza sconto e pagando dall’ora della prenotazione IMPROVISSATORI E DISONESTI
Absolutely to be avoided
They had to deliver the car at 9:30 in front of station wing not only did not show but do not answer the phone to any number EVEN
After 40 minutes we go to the office CLOSED
Moral after 1 hour and a half we withdraw a lower category cars without discount and paying upon time of booking IMPROVISSATORI AND DISHONEST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del personale che ci è venuto incontro in tutti i modi: ci sono venuti a prendere in stazione per portarci al noleggio e viceversa ed hanno aspettato ore, chiudendo anche oltre il loro orario, perchè avevamo problemi con la carta di credito.
L'interno della macchina non era pulitissimo (c'erano delle cartacce) ma questo, rispetto alla cordialità e disponibilità dimostrataci, non conta nulla.
extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff who came to meet us in all ways: they came to pick us up at the station to take us to the rental and vice versa and they waited hours, closing even beyond their hours, because we had problems with the credit card.
The interior of the machine was not very clean (there were papers) but this, compared to the friendliness and helpfulness shown to us, does not count for anything.

Agent did not have a mask however but was very cordial and knowledgeable.
Will be back next time!
