Esperienza negativa con questa agenzia. L’ auto consegnata non Γ¨ stata lavata (sia esternamente che internamente) e senza il pieno di carburante. Addebito di un giorno in piΓΉ senza avvertirmi al momento della riconsegna e utilizzando i dati della carta di credito richiesti al momento del ritiro dell'auto. Non si lavora in questo modo! Avete perso un cliente!
Bad experience with this agency. The delivered car has not been washed (both externally and internally) and without a full tank of fuel. Charge for an extra day without notifying me at the time of return and using the credit card details requested when collecting the car. You don't work that way! You have lost a customer!

Unfortunately the beauty of a country can be tarnished by a lousy customer experience of a car leasing company like Locauto/ Maggiore

After completing the paperwork which took a good 20 mins, the guy said he'd be 10 more minutes to get the car. 1hr later he turns up with a car that wasn't the type we'd booked.

We read all the negative reviews and we were a little hesitant about renting from Maggiore, but I must say we had a great experience. A younger gentlemen with glasses who worked there assisted us (so sorry I didn't get his name) and he was extremely helpful. He spoke English well and was patient with us. Funny story, when we were returning the car we had a lot of trouble finding the rental car return location at Verona Train Station. We looped around so many times and we accepted that we would miss our train, but miraculously this same guy that checked us in was driving behind us and honked/signalled for us to go into the bus and taxi only lane. Wow, what a savior right when we needed it! Apparently you must go into this lane to reach the rental car return. He expedited the paperwork and we ended up making it onto our train (typing this while still on the train)! We loved the customer service here and to the young man with glasses, grazie mille!

DON'T RENT FROM MAGGIORE...!! here is what happened : I have rented a Fiat 500X from Maggiore on September 28th of 2019 at 10:27 and returned it on September 29th of 2019 at 10:31 What the front desk employer did is that he recorded my arrival time to be 10:45 am which did not happen according to Google Maps, hence the time used is more than a day so he charged extra amount of 58 euros for an additional 0.3 hrs (18 minutes)...!!! When I did the rent he blocked an amount of 171.86 euros and the car charges according to the contract are 76.79 euros so I am supposed to receive back an amount of 95.07 euros and not only 37...!! The day after when I complained about it, he just said that it’s his colleague’s fault and he can’t do anything about it..! (bunch of thieves) that’s all I can say Above that the staff were not helpful at all, they took ages to get a rate and to get me the car

I rented a car from Maggiore in Venezia and delivered in Verona central station. My appointment was to deliver 10.00, but when i arrived no one was there. I asked in the office for a Maggiore representative and then a person called the one that should be there. He came after 15 minutes, 10.15. When he checked the car he pulled the bumber so it sticked out, but that was due to him pulling it out. Then he told me that this was my problem and that it would cost extra. I denied and made my own photos and video which i will take with Maggiore customer service. Very sad to meet so unproffesional people.

Very bad service and cars... Just look at the pictures I posted : damaged car received 1 hour after the pre-booking time (and I was there 20 minutes before to get it). Also the employee wasn't wearing a mask against covid because, I quote, "in Italy the mask is not mandatory in a car"... If you drive a car that you will rent a minute later it is, and inside of your office it is also... Maggiore is part of the Avis group and they don't take covid19 seriously... no comment
