Per conoscere la documentazione da presentare e i bollettini postali da pagare in posta meglio passare dalla reception qualche giorno prima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possa mettere 0 stelle, visto che ti mandano l invito con gli accertamenti clinici da portare in sede di visita e poi non li prendono nemmeno in considerazione e te li rifanno (e li paghi 2 volte)
Ottima l'accettazione, il resto "no comment"
Too bad you can't put 0 stars, since they send you the invitation with the clinical tests to bring during the visit and then they don't even take them into consideration and they do them again (and you pay them twice)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella é forse troppo. Incompetenza totale nel saper gestire e distinguere un caso da trattare. Ho pagato 500 euro per aver un giudizio da loro e dopo 4 mesi di analisi non sanno darmi un giudizio perché la quantità di materia prelevata in una visita era insufficiente. Il resto della materia lo avevo ancora attaccato per l'incompetenza dell'operatore che doveva tagliare il pelo. Un disastro. La visita specialistica di 120 euro,e fatta per loro richiesta, é servita al niente totale. Un sacco di soldi spesi per niente e 4 mesi buttati al cesso. Nemmeno mi viene dato il risultato di urine e sangue. Robe mai viste
