Velocita', pulizia, disponibilità ed un plauso particolare all'infermiera Elisabetta. The sampling was done this morning and the results were already available this afternoon although the withdrawal was scheduled for tomorrow from 6pm onwards. Speed, cleanliness, availability and a special applause to the nurse Elisabetta.

Quindi l'addetto alla reception ha detto che non c'era alcun problema che potessero dare prima della partenza. Poi siamo andati al laboratorio che erano chiusi. Poi noi Il giorno in cui mia sorella doveva andare all'aeroporto (doveva andare il 30 dicembre) non l'hanno mandato. Non è possibile partire senza il test PCR. Abbiamo perso circa 1600 euro e giorni di scuola. We went to this place on December 28th to do a molecular PCR test so we asked for all the information and details and the date and time we are able to get our results before departure. Then the receptionist said there was no problem they could give before departure. Then we went to the laboratory which were closed. Then we The day my sister was supposed to go to the airport (she was supposed to go on December 30th) they didn't send it. It is not possible to start without the PCR test. We lost about 1600 euros and school days.

L'incaricata del prelievo, oltre ad essere professionale è stata davvero molto carina e gentile. Ottimo servizio sotto tutti i punti di vista. Professionalism and kindness. I had to request a home blood test for my mother-in-law (83 years old and with difficulty moving). u	ugne venckyte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Covid-19 PCR Molecular test examiner took the swab sample very fast, too deep and roughly that I felt pain in my nose for couple of days after the test. I believe this test has to be performed with caution, trying not to damage the mucous membranes.
E	Elinor Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the clinic on 02/08/21 to do a PCR test before flying to the UK. The results had to be in English and they were (the certificate was in Italian and in English). I had no problems with it as valid proof of being negative. I did my test in the morning and I was able to access my results online the next day at around 5pm. The staff were all extremely professional and kind; they even put my passport number on my certificate for further authentication. If you are in or around Verona and need a PCR test with results in English, come here for sure! Excellent!
