In quella occasione il commesso mi ha detto che l'automezzo era parecchio segnato nella carrozzeria e che sarebbe dovuto andare in carrozzeria successivamente. Non mi ha permesso di eseguire una verifica in contraddittorio e pertanto non ho sottoscritto la verifica in contraddittorio. Ho riconsegnato l'automezzo il giorno dopo a riccione dove il commesso mi ha imputato un graffio nel sotto scocca che avrei fatto io. Io ho cercato di spiegare che il suo collega non mi aveva permesso di verificare l'automezzo e che il graffio non l'avevo arrecato io. Risultato mi hanno inviato il giorno dopo una fattura di addebito per il danno che io non ho causato. Specifico che l'automezzo era pieno di graffi di ogni genere. Pertanto ho capito che questa società di autonoleggi AUTOVIA guadagna negli addebiti di danni quando riconsegni il mezzo; questa mia teoria l'ho vista confermata nei vari siti web di recensioni di autonoleggi. Naturalmente AUTOVIA esegue valuta in modo unilaterale del danno e non procede alla riparazione. Alla luce di questo ho provveduto a contestare tutto e a consegnare tutta la documentazione al mio avvocato per procedere con un'azione legale. EVITATE DI NOLEGGIARE AUTOMEZZI CON AUTOVIA, SONO PESSIMI!!!!!! ZERO STELLINE - A vehicle was picked up in Verona on 10.08.2018. On that occasion the clerk told me that the vehicle was heavily marked in the bodywork and that it would have to go to the body shop later. It did not allow me to carry out a cross-examination and therefore I did not sign the cross-examination. I returned the vehicle the next day to Riccione where the clerk accused me of a scratch in the underbody that I would have done. I tried to explain that his colleague had not allowed me to check the vehicle and that I had not caused the scratch. Result they sent me the next day an invoice for the damage that I did not cause. I specify that the vehicle was full of scratches of all kinds. Therefore I understand that this car rental company AUTOVIA earns in damages when you return the vehicle; I have seen this theory confirmed in the various car rental review websites. Naturally AUTOVIA carries out unilateral assessment of the damage and does not proceed to repair. In light of this, I proceeded to contest everything and to deliver all the documentation to my lawyer to proceed with a legal action. AVOID RENTING VEHICLES WITH A MOTORWAY, THEY ARE BAD !!!!!!
