Macchina opel corsa in perfette condizioni.
Volevo ricordare il ragazzo alla reception di autovia, mai visto uno così bravo e cortese e gentile. Consiglio il noleggio con questa compagnia

They didn't have pre-booked small cars, they gave me the bigger one ?
Opel corsa car in perfect condition.
I wanted to remember the guy at the autovia reception, never seen someone so good and courteous and kind. I recommend chartering with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. I booked a cabriolet/roadster with a third party company. Autovia then called me a few days ahead of my rental to specify my request and to discuss the avaliable cars. It took a while to finally get the keys but everything was fine. Car in very good and new condition and exactly what I wished for (Mazda MX-5, perfect for a round trip to Amalfi!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pickup with Autovia Sorrento was really uncomplicated. The agent was really friendly. The car we got was new and nice. The drop off at Bari airport was really bad in comparison. There was no agent from Autovia. We had to call and wait for over 40 minutes which made us almost miss our flight. We then had to park in a really small spot, which the car could physically not fit. Therefore the car touched a wall resulting in a small scratch (about 2 cm). The damage to be paid was 350 euros which would not have happened if Autovia had a normal drop off system or ampty parking spots like other agencies. Autovia is neither cooperative in finding a solution nor replying to requests. Can not recommend renting a car with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 2 cars for 1 week at Sorrento in September 2021. The cars and service delivered by Mr. Coppola was perfect. He was very friendly and helpful ,and we received very clean and almost new cars at competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address provided to pick up the car doesn't take clients to the right place. You all should check that everything in the car works before you give it out to a renter. You knew we rented in Sorrento and were returning in Venice. That's a long drive and renters need to use their phones for GPS which drains battery. The car lighter in our car didn't work and the wipers were bad.
