Il prezzo pagato è irrisorio considerando la classe e lo stato del veicolo, servizio eccellente: figuratevi che l'addetta alla reception oggi è venuta in hotel a ritirare l'auto su mia richiesta (prima volta che succede ....) e che i tempi di consegna sono stati impeccabili. Decisamente positiva la mia esperienza! I have been this weekend in Lecce with family and I have rented a vehicle to turn Salento from Autovia. The price paid is negligible considering the class and condition of the vehicle, excellent service: imagine that the receptionist today came to the hotel to pick up the car at my request (the first time it happens ....) and that the delivery times were impeccable. My experience is definitely positive!

Prezzi ottimi, automobili in perfetto stato e soprattutto personale gentilissimo e preparato; in particolare ho avuto a che fare con Valentina, una persona che sa fare al meglio il suo lavoro, dotata di grande preparazione, pazienza e cordialità. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa agenzia, io in primis lo farò in futuro se ne avrò la necessità! I rented 3 cars here and I can say I had a great time! Excellent prices, cars in perfect condition and above all very kind and prepared staff; in particular I had to deal with Valentina, a person who knows how to do her job the best, with great preparation, patience and cordiality. I highly recommend this agency to everyone, I will do it in the first place if I need it!

A note saying "be back soon" that included no information about when anyone would be back, only a telephone number that turned out to be for the Brindisi office (a completely different branch) was taped to the window. I spoke with someone at the Brindisi branch over the phone, and was told that there was no record of my booking, and there were no cars available. Super unhelpful and frustrating to talk to them, and meant that we couldn't go on the day trip that we had planned.

Was trying to get the car last minute and Nicoleta (if I remember correctly) was very kind and gave me amazing car!:) atmosphere and service was great, office is in a good location-you don’t need to drive in the city centre that could be very stressful:) Also car included insurance so the price was really reasonable. I will definitely come back to Lecce and get car again in here! Graci!
