Mi sono affidata all'esperienza e ai consigli di Alessandro Govoni che dal primo giorno che mi ha ricevuto presso la concessionaria AutoVanti mi ha aiutata e supportata nel fare la scelta migliore per le mie esigenze.
Sono stati rispettati tutti i tempi di consegna e l'auto era perfetta al momento del ritiro! Inoltre, il servizio di Alessandro durante tutto il processo di acquisto è stato impeccabile sia nel reperimento di tutti i documenti sia nella test auto (anche in garage!)! Un tale servizio non è sempre scontato trovarlo nelle altre concessionarie e nelle Persone che ci lavorano.
Alessandro si è dimostrato competente e molto disponibile alle mie richieste di comprensione per l'acquisto di un auto che ora non voglio più mollare!!!

I relied on the experience and advice of Alessandro Govoni who, from the first day he received me at the AutoVanti dealership, helped and supported me in making the best choice for my needs.
All delivery times were respected and the car was perfect at the time of collection! Furthermore, Alessandro's service throughout the purchase process was impeccable both in finding all the documents and in the car test (even in the garage!)! It is not always obvious to find such a service in other dealerships and in the people who work there.
Alessandro proved to be competent and very available to my requests for understanding for the purchase of a car that now I don't want to give up !!!

Quando entrai in concessionaria fui seguito da Leonardo Buzzanca.
Leonardo si è dimostrato competente e molto disponibile ma cosa più importante è stato il suo atteggiamento post vendita....non mi ha solamente venduto l'auto ma si è anche interessato in seguito su come mi trovassi e per qualsiasi problema è sempre disponibile e risolutivo.
Punto di riferimento!!
I bought my first BMW in 2016 and the second in 2020.
When I entered the dealership I was followed by Leonardo Buzzanca.
Leonardo proved to be competent and very helpful but more important was his after-sales attitude .... he not only sold me the car but was also interested later on how I was and for any problem he is always available and resolutive.

Sono stato seguito sin dal primo contatto telefonico con molta professionalità da Giacomo Fogli che ha saputo subito comprendere le mie esigenze ed intercettare le mie preferenze.
Il rapporto è continuato anche dopo la firma del contratto (cosa non scontata, almeno per esperienza di altri mei conoscenti sia con, che con altri brand), sino alla fase della consegna praticamente perfetta.
Giacomo, Federico Moruzzi e Riccardo Salvato hanno saputo appagare un appassionato di auto attento e scrupoloso. Non sempre sono facile da accontentare, eppure, con pazienza, loro ci sono riusciti!
Menzione anche per Micaela Lucchi e per il product genius Makis.
Sono pertanto estremamente soddisfatto della bravura e gentilezza dimostrate, della cura con cui è stata presentata l’auto per la consegna, che giustificano i chilometri fatti dalla Liguria per raggiungerli.
Concessionaria consigliata, 5 stelle assolutamente meritate.

I was followed from the first telephone contact with great professionalism by Giacomo Fogli who was able to immediately understand my needs and intercept my preferences.
The relationship continued even after the signing of the contract (something not taken for granted, at least from the experience of my other acquaintances both with and with other brands), until the stage of practically perfect delivery.
Giacomo, Federico Moruzzi and Riccardo Saved have been able to satisfy an attentive and scrupulous car enthusiast. They are not always easy to please, yet, with patience, they have succeeded!
Mention also for Micaela Lucchi and for the product genius Makis.
I am therefore extremely satisfied with the skill and kindness shown, with the care with which the car was presented for delivery, which justify the kilometers traveled by Liguria to reach them.
Recommended dealership, 5 stars absolutely deserved.

I recently bought a used Volvo V40 from the dealership and had a great time. I had all the necessary support, test drive organized in a flash, explanation and assistance in choosing the vehicle and its top functions! My internal contact was Alessandro Govoni and he has always been extremely kind, professional and available to satisfy all my requests! The car was delivered in excellent condition (practically new) in line with what was agreed upon during the purchase. The negotiation on the price was excellent. Extremely recommended!
