Direi competenza e professionalità a tutto lo staff e al sig. Ho trovato cortesia, disponibilità sia in accettazione che da parte del personale dell'officina, molto preparato ed onesto nel consiglio tecnico. Mi hanno controllato subito il problema anche se non avevo appuntamento e non ero loro cliente. Promossi!. Con mio dispiacere, dopo 40 km per venirvi a trovare (+ altri 40 di ritorno), ho constatato che eravate chiusi. Non trovo corretto comunicare informazioni non veritiere, specie se pubblicate nel vs sito ufficiale. Mi spiace ma avete perso un cliente che cercava 1 auto nell'immediato, ma entro l'anno ne aveva bisogno di altre 2! Buon lavoro. s	samuele bonato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio clienti pessimo, è impossibile prenotare un tagliando telefonicamente , chiami...rispondono, girano la telefonata a non si sa che ufficio e parte l'attesa infinita questo è avviene ripetutamente, idem per quando si ha bisogno di contattare l'officina. Essendo già cliente da anni vedo che il servizio non è migliorato anzi! Reputo che sia fondamentale avere un servizio di call center efficiente a servizio del cliente. Farò le mie valutazioni se affidarmi ancora a voi bad customer service, it is impossible to book a coupon by phone, you call ... they answer, they turn the call to you do not know which office and the endless wait starts this happens repeatedly, the same for when you need to contact the workshop.
