Si scopre un problema al cambio che a detta del mio meccanico,ma anche di quelli della citroen di Villorba, per il chilometraggio dell'auto non dovrebbe esserci,quindi chiedo cosa posso fare,per avere un eventuale concorso per la spesa,dalla citroen,mi viene detto che provano loro di Villorba a contattare la sede,dicono che mi richiamano per farmi sapere ma questo non succede e li richiamo io,mi dicono che dalla sede ,sono disposti a venirmi incontro a fronte di una spesa di 1200 euro,con 200 euro...ovviamente rifiuto ,e chiedo cosa posso fare,mi dicono che non sanno,che posso provare io,,ma non mi dicono come,lo devo chiedere io,allora finalmente mi danno un numero verde,e dico,"nessun'altra modo per contattare i responsabili Citroen??",no, mi dicono,provi a cercare su internet...lo faccio,contatto la Citroen,chiamo il numero verde tre volte,dopo una fatica immensa,e l'ultima volta mi dicono che hanno chiesto alla Manzotti di Villorba dei dati relativi al caso,il 20 settembre circa,ma ancora non hanno ricevuto risposta....da mesi sono senza risposte,e con il cambio dell'auto che non funziona bene,ecco volevo dire che in quanto ad assistenza,zero...
