Purtroppo a rispondere non è stata la stessa persona che mi ha fatto il preventivo, chi mi ha risposto oltre ad avermi trattato male, quando gli ho chiesto di poter parlare con il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il preventivo mi ha trattato acora peggio, a quel punto la mia risposta e stata, EVETE PERSO UN CLIENTE, e lui mi ha buttato giù il telefono!!!

On Tuesday I called to confirm a quote for a job on my Subaru for around € 650, and ask for the latest information. Unfortunately, it was not the same person who gave me the quote who answered me, who answered me in addition to having treated me badly, when I asked him to be able to talk to the guy who gave me the quote he treated me even worse, at that point my answer was, YOU EVEN LOST A CUSTOMER, and he threw my phone down !!!
