L'alternativa è la spedizione, a pagamento del paziente, con tempi di attesa superiori alla settimana. È arrivata al centro e oltre ad aver aspettato molto, ha trovato un medico molto frettoloso e maleducato. Fa l'ecografia primo senza applicare il gel e poi in 3 minuti di orologio le dice che non ha nulla. Mia mamma rimane piena di dolore e a causa di questi medici poco professionali e maleducati dovrà spendere altri soldi per ripeterla. Mancano di cortesia e professionalità. Esperienza pessima da non ripetere. I called to book an shoulder ultrasound for my mom. She came to the center and in addition to waiting a long time, she found a very rushed and rude doctor. She does the ultrasound first without applying the gel and then in 3 minutes on the clock she tells her that she has nothing. My mom remains full of pain and because of these unprofessional and rude doctors she will have to spend more money to repeat it. They lack courtesy and professionalism. Bad experience not to be repeated.

E' stato estremamente sbrigativo e scortese, per nulla disposto ad ascoltare i problemi sanitari per la fretta di fare altre visite. Da evitare. My mom had an ultrasound with Dr. Caesars. V	Vale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un’ora di viaggio per una Tac ho aspettato oltre i 40 minuti rispetto l’orario del appuntamento nonostante la sala d’attesa fosse vuota e il personale addetto stava chiacchierando del più e del meno. Mi hanno chiesto se volevo aspettare mezzoretta/un’oretta per ritiro referto altrimenti avrei avuto la risposta in qualche settimana o comodamente a casa mia per soli 10€! La mezzoretta sono diventate 3 ore di attesa, credo dipendesse dal fatto che abbia coinciso con la loro pausa pranzo. Peccato non ci sia l’opzione nessuna stella. Mai più! Di fronte all'ingresso infatti, la prima operatrice a cui mi sono rivolta per capire come procedere, essendo la prima volta, mi ha risposto con un tono sgarbato"Non so cosa deve fare!". Lavoro anch'io con il pubblico e so quanto un primo impatto possa essere importante, basta solo un po' di gentilezza e magari un sorriso. La collega che mi ha accolto subito dopo è stata invece cordiale e disponibile, come pure il medico. Breve il tempo di attesa. Durante l’ecografia se non facevo immediatamente quello che mi diceva il medico (es. alzare il braccio), lui sbuffava e me lo ripeteva scocciato con tono arrogante. Alla mia domanda “perché mi fa male?” La sua risposta è stata “perché sei una donna e le donne devono soffrire”. Animals are treated better.
