L'ultimo controllo che ho avuto post- operatorio, è stato con l'Ortopedico Galati Roberto in cui ho riscontrato ancora una volta grande Professionalità. S	Silvia Ferraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIÙ! alla reception un ragazzino arrogante e maleducato, il medico che accusa me di non aver compilato adeguatamente i carteggi quando erano stati consegnati in segreteria e si suppone controllati… esame delle urine da fare al momento perché non mi è stato richiesto quando ho preso appuntamento ( 2 mesi fa! ) e per finire, il medico che al posto di parlare con me, ha riferito a mia figlia di 11 anni cosa fare in segreteria al termine della visita! Sono esterrefatta! Faccio sempre visite in poliambulatori privati, dove la gentilezza e la professionalità sono ineccepibili! Non posso dire lo stesso del Salus! Sconsigliato! Ho fatto esame delle urine con urinocoltura, esito dopo quasi una settimana, se state pure male ve lo sconsiglio perché attendere così tanto tempo per sapere la terapia antibiotica da seguire è folle! Spiace che a parte il certificato non si possa avere il proprio tracciato ecg, il risultato della spirometria e dell'esame urina, cosa che avviene comunemente nelle altre sedi, utili per eventuali successive visite mediche. La motivazione addotta non è stata assolutamente pertinente. Sports doctor visit performed without delay on appointment, kind competent specialist and very satisfying visit. Un'ora e mezza di attesa solo per fare accettazione prelievi, personale assolutamente non sufficiente per dare un servizio adeguato. Mille volte meglio e più veloci all'ASL. Non mi sarei mai aspettata una situazione del genere in una struttura privata. MAI PIÙ I put a star because it is not possible to put less.
