N	Nicola Bertó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di vendere la macchina aveva detto che mi avrebbe procurato il libretto dei tagliandi ma non l'ho mai visto,le ultime volte non mi rispondeva nemmeno al telefono. Alla prima revisione si sono accorti che le gomme non erano scritte sul libretto e lui al posto di darmi le ruote nuove mi ha mandato a cambiarle da un suo amico per avere solo un po' di sconto. La sconsiglio al 100% questa concessionaria. Questa volta avevo fretta di cambiare la macchina ma mi è servita come lezione Before selling the car he said he would get me the coupon booklet but I never saw it, the last few times he didn't even answer my phone. At the first review they noticed that the tires weren't written on the booklet and he instead of giving me the new wheels sent me to change them from a friend of his to have just a little discount. Dopo il pagamento mi sono accorta che la revisione non era stata effettuata e che ,senza la consegna dei tagliandi precedenti alla vendita, la garanzia kia non è assolutamente valida. I purchased a Kia car in this dealership and in the sales agreements I was assured of the car's overhaul before delivery and the kia warranty. After the payment I realized that the overhaul had not been carried out and that, without the delivery of the pre-sale coupons, the kia guarantee is absolutely not valid.
E	Enrico me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da Paolo un auto usata aggiungendo la garanzia supplementare di 2 anni.verso lo scadere del suddetto tempo l auto mi dava anomalia motore.l ho portata da loro a riparare convinto che la garanzia copriva i danni.....fatto sta sborsato 330€ nessuna fattura,nessun elenco delle sostituzioni.dopo un ora dal ritiro mi accorgo che l auto aveva bolle di tempesta.scrivo a Paolo(lui non mi aveva detto che aveva preso la tempesta)e mi conferma che effettivamente l ha presa.la sua risposta?"NON HAI L ASSICURAZIONE"?
