Poi ho portato la mia jeep per sostituire la bombola gpl. Lavoro eseguito a regola d'arte con precisione e puntualità. Concordato il preventivo, sono stati eseguiti lavori aggiuntivi rispetto al previsto (si capisce che il lavoro viene svolto con passione) e senza ulteriore aggravio di spese! Anzi: mi è stato fatto uno sconto sul pattuito! Che dire? Consigliabilissima: merce rara di questi tempi tanta competenza e professionalità nella figura del Sig. Federico. Mai per problemi gravi ma per semplice manutenzione e, seppur sono sempre stato piuttosto contento, non ho mai vissuto l'effetto wow di questa auto-officina. Contattati via email mi hanno risposto tempestivamente, preventivi chiari, senza giri di parole. Ricontattati via telefono per organizzare appuntamento e accertarmi della spesa e sono stati ancora più chiari, confermando tutto e dandomi un appuntamento il giorno successivo. l'intervento è stato fatto come fosse un lavoro di routine, prima del tempo concordato (1 giorno), l'auto era già pronta. E al finire dell'attività mi hanno fatto pure un leggero sconto!!! Che dire? Vi siete guadagnati un cliente. Great. I have taken the car to several auto repair shops over the years. Never for serious problems but for simple maintenance and, although I have always been quite happy, I have never experienced the wow effect of this auto-workshop. Contacted by email they replied promptly, clear estimates, without mincing words. Contacted me by phone to arrange an appointment and make sure of the shopping and they were even clearer, confirming everything and giving me an appointment the next day. the intervention was done as if it were a routine job, before the agreed time (1 day), the car was ready. And at the end of the activity they even gave me a slight discount !!! What to say? You've earned a customer.
