Al mio arrivo vengo accolto sempre gentilmente (presumo ancora dal Signor Francesco) che mi dice che a breve avrebbero provveduto ad iniziare il lavoro. Purtroppo poco dopo salta fuori un signore anziano, credo il proprietario, che in modo sgarbato ed arrogante mi comunica che avrei dovuto lasciar il veicolo perchè a suo dire aveva tre dipendenti malati.... Risultato me ne sono andato altrove, Milano è piena di gommisti decisamente più gentili. In sintesi: lasciate ogni speranza voi che prendete un'appuntamento alla Midas di viale Cermenate, perchè soggetto alle paturnie del titolare. Vi conviene andare direttamente altrove. Appointment made with Francesco, kind and professional on the phone, for a tire fitting with convergence. Upon my arrival I am always greeted kindly (I still assume by Mr. Francesco) who tells me that soon they would have started work. Unfortunately, an elderly gentleman, I believe the owner, turns up shortly after, who in a rude and arrogant way tells me that I should have left the vehicle because he said he had three sick employees .... Result I went elsewhere, Milan is full of much nicer tire dealers. In summary: you who make an appointment at Midas in viale Cermenate leave all hope, because it is subject to the owner's paturnie. You better go directly elsewhere.

I padroni ottimi..grazie di tutto CONSIGLIO ALLE PERSONE DI ANDARE ALLA MIDAS VIA G CERMENATE .NON VI PENTIRETE . Since I started bringing the car to midas for 2 years a little more I have found myself very well both xk and I have found the sign francesco a great mechanic who knows how to do his job but knows how to advise .. and knows how to treat his customers team awesome. Talmente soddisfatto che ho deciso di fare pure il tagliando . Sicuramente sarà la mia officina di fiducia d’ora in avanti . exceptional team directed by Francesco who is not only kind but super prepared and endowed with infinite patience. after having toured 3 workshops they finally found me and fixed the problem, explaining to me step by step every single piece they disassembled. a round of applause to the whole team. So satisfied that I decided to do the service as well. It will certainly be my trusted workshop from now on.

Io mi rivolgo a loro prevalentemente per il cambio gomme, ma mi hanno aiutato anche in caso di foratura o batteria scarica. Fanno anche le revisioni anche se ad un prezzo più alto di quello previsto dallo Stato. Very kind and helpful, once the vehicle is accepted the work is done quickly and well. I mainly turn to them for tire changes, but they also helped me in the event of a puncture or a flat battery. They also do the revisions even if at a higher price than that foreseen by the state.

After filling the car with oil, they noticed a fresh oil stain on the floor and put the car on a hoist for further investigation. At this point, they discovered a larger problem that could have been potentially more dangerous to us. They even kindly, helped us to explain what they saw to the rental company. We are thankful to them for their excellent customer service, kindness, understanding of our situation and excellent service. Grazie molto.
