★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi arrosto di vitello. Fantastico. Io insaporisco olio e burro, poco condimento, con una vena d’aglio e rosmarino. Rosolo bene la carne, aggiusto di sale e lascio cuocere a fuoco lento. La carne di Franco Maietti fa tutto il resto.
Today roast veal. Fantastic. I flavor oil and butter, a little seasoning, with a vein of garlic and rosemary. I brown the meat well, add salt and let it simmer. Franco Maietti's meat does everything else.

Il signor Franco è sempre pronto a dare un consiglio su come cucinare i tuoi acquisti. Il pollo sa di pollo vero e non si restringe in padella. Da provare assolutamente medaglioni di pollo, spinaci e formaggio e le polpette, preparati dal signor Franco.
Dulcis in fundo: si può pagare con i buoni pasto, anche elettronici.

La carne è freschissima e i prodotti già pronti (polpette, cotolette, medaglioni di carne e formaggio, verzini e molto altro ancora) sono gustosi e preparati quotidianamente. In negozio è anche possibile acquistare salumi, formaggi, vini, uova fresche e tutto quello che può servirvi a soddisfare il vostro palato. Il titolare è competente, sa sempre darti il consiglio giusto e soprattutto è sempre allegro e simpatico. Si può chiedere di più? Viva le botteghe di zona, fossero tutte così...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria storica ???? e allora io cosa sono ?? mi servo dal Sig. Franco e Rosalba da piu' di 30 anni, saro' mica vecchia .......
Comunque ha dato da mangiare a tutta la mia famiglia per decenni e non solo carne, si puo' anche entrare per un assaggio di formaggio, una bottiglietta giusta, tanti prodotti ormai introvabili e due parole, fa sempre piacere sono due persone splendide.....E I BISCOTTIIII ??
Ah!! dimenticavo, anche i miei tre cani ringraziano per i succosi bocconi che ogni tanto gli preparava.
