Salsiccia freschissima buona anche cruda....i cacciatorini di cavallo nn ho fatto in tempo a fotografarli ma erano 2?

I have eaten their meat for years but today it is the first time that I go in person and I was struck by the freshness of the meat and the variety, from picanha to horse roulade. Fresh sausage good also raw .... the horse game nn I did not have time to photograph them but they were 2?

Tartare buonissime, lavorando vicino sarà il mio punto di riferimento per comprare la carne. Ci si arriva con la metro gialla fermata Corvetto super consigliato.
