★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima figura professionale e passione per il prodotto. Cesare in tanti anni non mi ha mai deluso ed è riuscito a farmi appassionare ed acculturare sulla carne e affini come solo un uomo amante del suo lavoro può fare.
Menzione speciale al frigo per la frollatura dove si trovano costate e fiorentine di fassona dry-aged ed altro. Se siete appassionati di carni frollate fateci un salto.

Consiglio la Fiorentina per chi è amante, ha un Frigor super professionale per tenere la temperatura è l’umidità giusta , e ha diversi tagli! Non c’è niente da dire c’è solo da provare !!! Super gentile e professionale !!
