Pacco XL dal peso di 23 Kg, ha raggiunto la destinazione in 5 giorni totali senza problemi o blocchi doganali con un costo relativamente ottimo rispetto ad altre compagnie. I sent a package to my sister for Christmas (private to private) with departure from Milan to Nevada (USA). Parcel XL weighing 23 kg, reached its destination in 5 days without problems or customs blocks with a relatively good cost compared to other companies.

Costa oltre un euro al minuto più scatto alla risposta, e c'è un tempo massimo di attesa di undici minuti, parzialmente consumato dalla voce preregistrata dei messaggi iniziali; così l'unico servizio garantito è quello che ti fa spendere 15 euro per sentirsi riagganciare senza avere risposta (perché il tempo è scaduto o perché nel frattempo il credito del cellulare è esaurito). Del resto il servizio clienti via e-mail funziona quasi peggio, e non c'è modo di avere una risposta personalizzata, di correggere un dato errato e simili. Peccato perché gli autisti SDA sono bravissimi, forse il problema è stato associarsi con Poste Italiane, che ha contaminato l'azienda con la sua strutturale inefficienza. Il corriere ha segnalato una consegna mai avvenuta a mio nome . il tutto dimostrabile in quanto al lavoro . scrivo all'assistenza e non vengo neanche contattata. Complimenti per la serietà I don't know where my package was coming from but absolutely incorrect. The courier reported a delivery that never took place in my name. all demonstrable in terms of work. I am writing to assistance and I am not even contacted. Congratulations on your seriousness
