★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was made to stay home on two occasions without these guys showing up. I had to miss my classes for nothing. No phone call. No email. No nothing. I guess I have to go pick it up myself. Very pathetic services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This BRT branch is very unprofessional and rude. Their operators hung up three times while I was inquiring about my pack. I cancelled my programs abd stayed at home for two days in order to receive the pack but they claimed noone was at home and returned my pack to their base!!! It's interesting how BRT can ignore the low performance of their Mecenate branch while they could perfectly read these negative reviews!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad delivery system. They don’t help you bringing the box to the 1st floor but they ask extra charge for that. Fine, but I neither have th possibility to flag that option online anywhere.
A plus: the assistance just hung the phone to my face without helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per caso, stavo a casa tutto il giorno della consegna. Non ci passava mai nessuno, e comunque non si ha lasciato un avviso di consegno come diceva Amazon. E` solo pigrizia dalla parte di questo corriere, con chi ho problemi enormi ogni singola volta che un venditore spedisce un pacco con loro.
It happened that I was at home the entire day of the delivery. No one ever showed up to deliver my package, and at any rate no one left a notice of a delivery attempt as Amazon claimed. It's pure laziness on the part of this delivery service, with whom I experience enormous problems every single time a vendor sends a package with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRT was supposed to pick up the package but they never did, there was always someone in the flat the days 16th and 17th of July but they claim that they went and no one was there. Did they even ring the doorbell? They didn't even leave any notification in the mailbox. I tried to contact the company on the phone and they are really rude and unhelpful. I don't trust this company any more to pick up my package, so I want back my money and find someone else to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and kind staff and an easy-to-use system. I was deeply impressed by the staff at BRT. My package was sent back and redelivered twice, and when I went to fetch it the staff were very kind and went out of their way to help me (despite my very bad Italian!). I recommend them heartily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst servic3 I have experienced in my like ..... I called them to fix the time on which they will arrive and they agreed but never showed up didn't call me or email me.... I missed my appointment because on them aur after that when I tried to track my package they changed the status to delivered ... to went to the office twice from there I came to know that they have delivered my package in some other house within the same apartments to some worker and plus no body lives there so my package is stuck and still my problem is unsolved. .. pathetic service no professionalism. I won't recommend anyone to use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company without responsibility, send the package as random, never ring your house bell and never call. After 3 times failed deliveries, and they will ask you to claim your package to their company department!!
Worst not recommend at all.
