s	salvatore asaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used UPS to move my stuff from UK to ITALY and I managed to loose EVERYTHING I did ask for help in all the possible way: Twitter, phone, email, FB. Nobody is able to help, nobody is telling me what the problem is. I feel robbed of all my belongings. UPS has no respect!
B	Burcu Özkaptan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In January I placed an order from Amazon Germany. Little did I know that the goods were going to arrive from UK. In March (so 2 months later!), when the courier arrived for the delivery, they asked me to pay for the customs fee, which was not indicated during the purchase. I said I would not accept the goods and told them to ship the package back. It turned out they didn't send anything. After a while I received a bill for the customs payment of the items that I didn't receive and afterwards, I received another email from their lawyer threatening me to sue me! They have basically found the loopholes in the systems to extort money from people! When I called for the cancellation of the invoice, I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone, but to no avail!

J	Jonay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deliver. They just invent you weren't at home, or that they can't find the address... whatever. They don't call you, they don't ring, they just get the delivery and wait at their office. I guess they don't even have delivery guys, as they don't need them! Worst experience ever.

H	Hanna Ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really awful company always lying, they never give to me correct information. also my company was open but the website said my company was closed so they couldn't delivery AT 15:50. for two weeks everytims when i call they said your delivery arrives today, but for two weeks i couldn't get any delivery. i don't know where is my delivery. youguys working is SO BAD, AWFUL! i'll really never ever use this company in my life Thanks gave me a good Christmas period

Given that there were my Christmas presents, they spoiled my plans a lot! On the phone they were always promising to deliver it this/next day, but I ended up with no presents. I would recommend to avoid using this delivery if possible,
c	cucu bau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST EXPERINCES I HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE ! The envelope was left open in the mailbox, crumpled, dirty, even with the 'signature upon receipt'. By the time I got to the main gate, the driver ran away like a crazy. The shipment wasn't about sending toilet paper , but for a School Document , like a degree SS, in ITALY IS UNIQUE SPECIMEN. I asked myself why ? Why you people are you doing this ? I paid for the shipment, it wasn't for FREE, but it seems is not enough for the ups workers.....I checked my bank statements the money were paid. SHAME !
