Ho acquistato su internet due piccoli poster da un venditore di San Francisco (USA) che inizialmente ha purtroppo utilizzato UPS. Questa compagnia su territorio italiano si appoggiano a Poste Italiane (servizio SDA) e ovviamente il pacco non mi è mai stato consegnato.
Ho fatto rispedire il pacco chiedendo al venditore questa volta di usare DHL e l'agenzia di via Tabacchi come luogo di fermo deposito (punto di ritiro). Conclusioni: pacchetto spedito il Lunedi di pasquetta e Giovedì pomeriggio era pronto al ritiro! :)))
Consiglio vivamente di fare altrettanto a chiunque non voglia brutte sorprese.

 In all sincerity I have to thank DHL and the via Tabacchi agency for the excellence of the service!
I bought two small posters on the internet from a seller in San Francisco (USA) who unfortunately initially used UPS. This company on Italian territory rely on Poste Italiane (SDA service) and obviously the package was never delivered to me.
I had the package sent back by asking the seller this time to use DHL and the Via Tabacchi agency as a storage stop (collection point). Conclusions: package sent on Easter Monday and Thursday afternoon was ready for collection! :)))
I highly recommend doing the same to anyone who does not want nasty surprises.
