D'accordo, il tetto era superato; ma c'è modo e modo di dirlo, senza insultare e umiliare i pazienti. Ho chiuso la telefonata sulla soglia di una crisi di lacrime, e ho dovuto assumere un calmante.
I did not have the pleasure of paying a visit, because the treatment by phone was enough for me. I am without a doctor, and I asked to be entrusted to him, albeit in supernumerary.
