È capitato di aver bisogno della sua manodopera più di una volta negli anni e il lavoro è stato eseguito sempre scrupolosamente e con prezzi accettabili, inoltre è pronto a dispensare consigli anche quando potrebbe farne a meno e a suo discapito, direi una persona onestà e corretta. It happened to need his manpower more than once in the years and the work was always carried out scrupulously and with acceptable prices, moreover he is ready to dispense advice even when he could do without it and to his detriment, I would say an honest and correct person.

Mi accordo per la riparazione della carrozzeria della macchina, lascio loro le chiavi di riserva e mi dicono di lasciarla parcheggiata nelle vicinanze della loro ditta in prima mattinata così che poi potessero ripararla in massimo un paio di giorni. Mi organizzo affittando una macchina in sostituzione e prendendo un permesso di un paio di ore. Dopo averla lasciata presso l'officina, mentre vado verso lavoro, mi richiamano dicendo che non potevano più ripararla perché nel frattempo avevano ricevuto altre due macchine incidentate (dove evidentemente avrebbero fatturato di più) e, incuranti delle mie lamentele, maleducatamente mi dicono di andare a riprendere la macchina il prima possibile. Non mi è mai capitata una situazione del genere, soprattutto dopo aver preso degli accordi. Ho speso tempo e denaro per un servizio che avevano accettato di fornirmi. Quando vado in cerca di spiegazioni, mi sento dire con arroganza "la situazione te l'ho detta; se vuoi tornare qua bene altrimenti cercatene un altro." Se volete un consiglio stateci alla larga e affidatevi a qualcuno che sia professionale ed affidabile. Pessimi! Extremely unreliable, rude and unprofessional. I agree to have the car body repaired, I leave them the spare keys and they tell me to leave it parked near their company in the early morning so that they can repair it in a couple of days at the most. I organize myself by renting a replacement car and taking a couple of hours' leave. After leaving it at the workshop, on my way to work, they call me back saying that they could no longer repair it because in the meantime they had received two more damaged cars (where they obviously would have billed more) and, regardless of my complaints, they rudely tell me to go to get the car back as soon as possible. I've never had a situation like this before, especially after making arrangements. I spent time and money on a service they had agreed to provide. When I go in search of explanations, I am arrogantly told "I've told you the situation; if you want to come back, fine, otherwise look for another one." If you want advice, stay away from us and rely on someone who is professional and reliable. Bad!
