I titolari, Andrea e Silvia, persone cordiali e qualificate, in tempi brevi mi hanno riparato la vettura fornendomi un auto sostitutiva, mi hanno seguito il sinistro in maniera eccellente, la mia unica preoccupazione e' stata quella di organizzarmi per ritirare la vettura , insomma cosa chiedere di meglio!!!! I was bumped in and a friend of mine recommended the Sergio Carrozzeria, great advice !! The owners, Andrea and Silvia, friendly and qualified people, quickly repaired the car by providing me with a replacement car, they followed the accident in an excellent way, my only concern was to organize myself to collect the car, in short. what more could you ask for !!!!

Devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo (!) cordiali e disponibili, immediati nelle risposte e soprattutto mi hanno tranquillizzato relativamente al lavoro che avrebbero fatto e a quelle piccole riparazioni in più che gli ho chiesto di fare, qualche graffio qua e là. In quest’epoca io sostengo fortemente che è indispensabile avere le competenze per affermarsi in qualsiasi settore uno operi e sono proprio queste, le competenze, che fanno la differenza fra uno che sa lavorare e un altro che improvvisa. Quesi ragazzi dell’auto Carrozzeria Sergio sono stati eccellenti, coadiuvati dalla Silvia, sorella del titolare, che è stata di una gentilezza che ho apprezzato molto! Fate la vostra scelta, io l’ho già fatta! I took my Mercedes to the Sergio body shop for repairs due to a rear-end collision I had suffered and I wanted to have the car fixed by a coachbuilder who had a Mercedes agreement given the type of car. I must say that I had a great time (!) Friendly and helpful, immediate responses and above all they reassured me about the work they would have done and those little more repairs that I asked them to do, a few scratches here and there. At this time I strongly argue that it is essential to have the skills to succeed in any sector one operates and it is precisely these skills that make the difference between one who knows how to work and another who improvises. These guys from Carrozzeria Sergio were excellent, assisted by Silvia, the owner's sister, who was a kindness that I really appreciated! Make your choice, I've already made it!

Il costo è stato interamente coperto dal responsabile, non saprei quindi valutare il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Very professional, especially at the reception. It was a slight touch up for a scratch on the bodywork. The cost was entirely covered by the manager, so I would not know how to evaluate the quality / price ratio.

Arrivo qui in cerca di aiuto e mi hanno letteralmente salvato riattaccando il paraurti prontamente con alcune viti! Vi ringrazio tanto!! Siete stati gentilissimi!!!

Un grande ringraziamento a tutto il personale per il lavoro eseguto a regola d'arte. As you can see from the photos, my car arrived at the Sergio body shop after a hailstorm with hail as big as tennis balls The car was totally destroyed, the professionalism the right tools, the experience and the availability of the body shop staff were an added value that allowed me to bring my car back as new.
