★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 settimane e non ho ricevuto neanche il preventivo nonostante sapessero benissimo L urgenza per vetro rotto e rimborso assicurativo!
Contattati diverse volte non hanno fatto altro che prendermi in giro dicendomi che mi avrebbero ricontattato senza però farlo MAI!!
Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti!
 2.5 weeks and I have not even received the quote although they knew very well The urgency for broken glass and insurance reimbursement!
Contacted several times they did nothing but make fun of me saying that they would contact me but NEVER do it !!
I strongly advise against everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dei buffoni! Dopo 6 mesi mi danno l'appuntamento per rimettere gli adesivi....dopo 20 minuti mi mettono al corrente che gli adesivi sono bianchi anziché neri! Ma controllarli prima di chiamare il cliente nooooo?
They are fools! After 6 months they give me an appointment to put the stickers back on .... after 20 minutes they tell me that the stickers are white instead of black! But check them before calling the customer nooooo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato da loro , (avendo comprato la macchina da loro ) con un piccolo danno al cofano anteriore....
Mi hanno fatto un preventivo madonnale di 2500€ , e con il casco che mi hanno fatto in sede (dicendomi al inizio che quel tipo di casco mi avrebbe risarcito qualunque danno) non mi risarcivano piu di 500€ .....
Non andrò mai piu da loro, nemmeno per il tagliando, perché anche li ti prendono delle cifre assurde
I went to them, (having bought the car from them) with a little damage to the front hood ....
They made me an estimate of 2500 €, and with the helmet they made me at home (telling me at the beginning that that type of helmet would compensate me for any damage) they did not compensate me more than 500 € .....
I will never go to them again, not even for the coupon, because even absurd numbers take you
