Riccardo Salmi, uno dei titolari, ha risolto in tempi brevi e con spesa modica un problema al portellone della mia Tiguan che altre carrozzerie non volevano affrontare . Ringrazio ancora tutto lo staff della Autocarozzeria Salmi Ermes !
The experience with this bodywork was super positive, because all the staff showed courtesy and competence and in particular Mr. Riccardo Salmi, one of the owners, solved a problem with the tailgate of my Tiguan that other body shops did not want to tackle quickly and with moderate expense. Il disordine più totale in un casino destabilizzante.
Il titolare (Riccardo) è molto educato e gentile ma di un'incompetenza disarmante come immagino la gran parte del suo staff; sono stato preso in giro.
Per un semplice problema su un particolare della macchina mi hanno fatto aspettare più di due mesi per poi sentirmi dire che non erano in grado di fare il lavoro e di rivolgermi al servizio clienti!
Allora io mi chiedo, perchè hanno il marchio e sono autorizzati e ufficiali Fiat se non sanno fare il loro lavoro?!
In più, mi hanno fatto anche dei danni proprio perchè non sanno dove mettere le mani!
Mi stupisco che nel 2020, una struttura del genere sia ancora aperta e la lascino lavorare con marchio ufficiale Fiat.
Se fossi un ispettore Fiat, gli avrei già ritirato il marchio da tempo e mi sarei fatto anche pagare per il danno di immagine.
Se mai gli porterete la macchina pe qualsiasi cosa....beh, buona fortuna!

There are no words to describe the organization of this workshop.
The most total disorder in a destabilizing mess.
The owner (Riccardo) is very polite and kind but with a disarming incompetence as I imagine most of his staff; I was made fun of.
For a simple problem on a particular machine they made me wait more than two months and then be told that they were unable to do the job and contact customer service!
So I wonder, why do they have the brand and are authorized and official Fiat if they don't know how to do their job ?!
In addition, they also hurt me because they don't know where to put their hands!
I am amazed that in 2020, such a structure is still open and they let it work with the official Fiat brand.
If I were a Fiat inspector, I would have already withdrawn the trademark from him for some time and I would have also made myself pay for the damage to image.
If you ever bring him the car for anything .... well, good luck!
