Ho avuto un problema di ritorno dalle vacanze e la fortuna ha voluto che mi capitasse a Ferrara nord !! Lo staff è intervenuto subito e anche se erano pieni di lavoro mi hanno sistemato in modo efficiente il veicolo e sono ripartito !!

SALVATORE aggiornamento recensione DOPO UN PO DI GIORNI L AUTO VA ANCORA MEGLIO e devo dire che a ferrara è l unica officina che mi da una totale sicurezza per me sono i più bravi. E i consigli per la sicurezza dell auto sono davvero giusti ed esatti. Per chi ha un auto kilometrata e ha la voglia di fare il lavaggio con l idrogeno beh si trova nel posto giusto. BRAVI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale e molto gentile. Ci sono stato per un meeting e non posso esprimere un'opinione per quanto riguarda l'aspetto lavorativo, ma dal punto di vista umano, mi sono trovato davvero bene.
Unico appunto che posso fare, renderei più visibile l'officina con una qualche insegna, cartello, risulta un po' nascosta...
Friendly and very polite staff. I was there for a meeting and I can't express an opinion regarding the work aspect, but from a human point of view, I found myself really well.
The only thing I can do, I would make the workshop more visible with some sign, sign, it is a bit hidden ...

Da subito però ho trovato disponibilità e volontà a risolvere i problemi della mia auto (Caddy Van), cosa che altre officine nelle vicinanze NON han minimamente voluto fare. Sono rimasto soddisfatto dal metodo di lavoro,accurato e preciso,direi anche "multimediale". Quando han dovuto trattenere l'auto per un tempo più lungo del previsto a causa di un imprevisto,senza nemmeno chiederlo,mi han automaticamente dato a disposizione una piccola vettura sostitutiva evitandomi grossi disagi. L'ho apprezzato molto.Credo proprio che in vaso di bisogno tornerò e la consiglierò ad amici.
