★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una Astra 1.7 diesel del 2007 per un problema all'allenatore (in garanzia poiché montato nuovo meno di 2 anni fa da Opel Gerli).
Non lo hanno sostituito e dopo 5 giorni la macchina mi ha lasciato a piedi e col carro l'ho portata alla New Car 2000 di Segrate dove senza problemi, riconosciuta la garanzia, hanno sostituito l'alternatore. Al che ho poi fatto fare il tagliando.
Sempre Cazzaniga mi ha montato le gomme invernali (l'unica volta che gliel'ho portata).
Il capo officina di New Car 2000 ha voluto sapere chi cavolo mi aveva stretto i bulloni delle ruote (come detto Cazzaniga) perché erano troppo troppo ma veramente troppo stretti!
In sintesi da Cazzaniga sono incompetenti e non sanno che fanno.
I brought a 2007 Astra 1.7 diesel for a coach problem (under warranty as it was fitted new less than 2 years ago by Opel Gerli).
They did not replace it and after 5 days the car left me on foot and with the wagon I took it to the New Car 2000 in Segrate where without any problems, once the guarantee was recognized, they replaced the alternator. To which I then had the service done.
Cazzaniga also mounted my winter tires (the only time I brought them to him).
The New Car 2000 workshop manager wanted to know who the hell had tightened my wheel bolts (as Cazzaniga said) because they were too much but really too tight!
In summary at Cazzaniga they are incompetent and do not know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati per vedere l'Opel Astra station. Il venditore ci ha detto che non ce l'ha in esposizione anche perché non si vendono più (non è così... ) perché vanno di più SUV e crossover... Ad ogni modo l'esposizione è ridotta all'osso ma discutibile l'indicazione che non trova riscontro nelle statistiche di vendita. Fai prima dire che vuoi vendere SUV e crossover perché ti conviene...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qui perché interessato ad una Kia. Inizialmente ho avuto una buona impressione, il venditore è sicuramente preparato in fatto di macchine. Il problema è che millanta di farsi sentire senza mai farlo. Ho atteso due settimane per fare un test drive e dopo varie telefonate per notizie mi è stato detto che l'auto non era disponibile.
Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere il giorno dopo per l'ultimo prezzo pattuito e per due settimane siamo andati avanti a "le devo fare sapere".
Morale: attenzione al cliente zero, la receptionist neanche ha risposto ai saluti, evidentemente non hanno interesse nel vendere.
