Ho portato il mio pc nuovo di pacca perché non si accendeva più e quando sono sono tornato per vedere a che punto erano con la riparazione mi hanno detto che avevo piegato il processore con rottura dei piedini del socket. Evidentemente avevano provato a testare la cpu su un'altra scheda, ma da incapaci non si sono accorti che avevano sbagliato a posizionarla correttamente e di conseguenza me l'hanno piegata. Hanno avuto il coraggio di dare la colpa a me, ma vabbè che ci vuoi fare.... Alla fine il problema era il tasto di accensione. NON ANDATE E SPERIAMO CHE CAMBINO LAVORO. Don't go there for any reason. I brought my brand new pc because it didn't turn on anymore and when I came back to see how far they were with the repair they told me that I had bent the processor with broken socket pins. Evidently they had tried to test the cpu on another card, but from incapable they did not realize that they were wrong to position it correctly and consequently they folded it. They had the courage to blame me, but oh well what do you want to do .... In the end the problem was the power button. DO NOT GO AND WE HOPE THAT I CHANGE WORK.

Ho a che fare molto spesso con problemi tecnici ai PC o a periferiche dei miei clienti e quando voglio andare sul sicuro per dare un servizio completo mi affido alla Computer Point che conosco da anni. Difficilmente ho incontrato gente più brava di me come in questo caso. La loro lunga esperienza gli permette di intuire velocemente il problema e di porvi rimedio. Una sicurezza! I work in the field of computer science. I often deal with technical problems with my clients' PCs or peripherals and when I want to be on the safe side to give a complete service I rely on the Computer Point that I have known for years. I have hardly met people better than me as in this case. Their long experience allows them to quickly understand the problem and remedy it. A security!
a	alessandro ingrosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. Ho portato il mio pc che a volte si surriscaldava e si spegneva (in estate in particolare) . Me lo hanno riconsegnato che non si accende più. Morto totalmente. Mi hanno detto che nel tentativo di sistemarlo il tecnico aveva bruciato la scheda madre. Mi hanno detto può capitare. Ho risposto dovevate avvisarmi che poteva capitare. Ho chiesto la sostituzione. mi hanno proposto la vendita di un loro pc ( a un prezzo più alto rispetto al web !!!) insomma una stella è già tanto. risultato finale il mio pc è da buttare . SCONSIGLIATISSIMO ! ANCHE E SOPRATUTTO PER IL MODO IN CUI HANNO GESTITO LA VICENDA. TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I brought my pc which sometimes overheated and turned off (in summer in particular). They gave it back to me and it doesn't turn on anymore. Totally dead. They told me that in an attempt to fix it the technician had burned the motherboard. They told me it can happen. I replied you had to warn me that it could happen. I asked for a replacement. they offered me the sale of one of their PCs (at a higher price than the web !!!) in short, a star is already a lot. final result my pc is to be thrown away. NOT RECOMMENDED! ALSO AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE WAY IN WHICH THEY HAVE MANAGED THE CASE.

M	Marco Vanzetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, educato e disponibile. Però 80€ più iva di manodopera per aprire un portatile e sostituire la ventola mi sembrano eccessivi. Mi sono informato presso il negozio di computer della vicina Seggiano e di manodopera mi avrebbero chiesto 25€. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. But 80 € plus VAT of labor to open a laptop and replace the fan seem excessive to me. I inquired at the computer shop in nearby Seggiano and they would ask me for € 25 for labor.

Negli anni mi sono rivolto a Computer Point per sostituire schermi, cerniere, per la pulizia di laptop (la polvere aspirata dalle ventole li uccide) e recentemente per sostituire un HDD con un SSD. I prezzi sono ragionevoli e il risultato sempre soddisfacente. They are very kind, professional and fast. A reference point for hardware problems in Martesana. Over the years I have turned to Computer Point to replace screens, hinges, for cleaning laptops (the dust sucked by the fans kills them) and recently to replace a HDD with an SSD. Prices are reasonable and the result is always satisfactory.
