Well-stocked, clean, very courteous and welcoming staff. Very sorry for a piece of advice not very pertinent to one of my ear problems, with consequent economic expenditure which proved to be unjustified.

Al pomeriggio chiedo di avere un cambio prodotto e prima mi dicono che quello che mi hanno dato è buono etc. E palesemente intendo che non vogliono cambiarlo. Poi dopo che chiedo al limite un cambio di tipologia, mi dicono che causa covid non possono fare cambio!!!
Non sono state né professionali né oneste!
Bastava essere chiari sin da subito!
Eravamo clienti fissi.. non lo saremo più!
I went for an intact product change taken in the morning.
In the afternoon I ask to have a product change and first they tell me that what they gave me is good etc. And I clearly mean that they don't want to change it. Then after I ask for a change in type, they tell me that due to covid they cannot change !!!
They were neither professional nor honest!
It was enough to be clear right away!
We were regular customers .. we will never be!

I went to have an antigenic swab without reservation, they were courteous and very fast both in carrying out and communicating the outcome. Absolutely all the pharmacists are friendly.
