★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva: utilizzando l'app LloydsFarmacia ho cercato una farmacia disponibile per tampone nasofaringeo in giornata e in questa farmacia c'era una disponibilità dopo solo un'ora; ho fatto la prenotazione e ho raggiunto la farmacia. All'interno si prende in numero per "prenotati" e si attende la chiamata controllando lo schermo dietro al banco. Nel giro di 10 minuti avevo fatto tutto. Complimenti per l'organizzazione.
 Positive experience: using the Lloyds Pharmacy app I searched for a pharmacy available for same-day nasopharyngeal swab and in this pharmacy there was availability after only one hour; I made the reservation and went to the pharmacy. Inside you take the number for "reserved" and wait for the call by checking the screen behind the counter. Within 10 minutes I had done everything. Congratulations on the organization.

Grande varietà di farmaci e personale preparato sempre pronto a dare consigli anche di carattere medico per situazioni di lieve entità.
Negli orari di maggior affluenza e in presenza di epidemie influenzali stagionali possono verificarsi attese. Opportuno prendere il numeretto alla macchina eliminacode entrando a sinistra.
Presente distributore automatico con farmaci e altri prodotti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma per le chiamate notturne avete installato un braccio meccanico che solleva il ricevitore e lo mette giù o proprio non avete voglia di lavorare?
Se uno avesse bisogno del Ventolin, del Reactine o peggio che fa?
Fa una danza voodoo sperando che gli dei vi diano il dono della professionalità?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno fatto un tampone rapido a un bambino di sei anni nel naso recandogli dolori forti e persistenti. Non hanno accettato di fare quello salivare pur trattandosi di un bambino. Molto rigidi e indifferenti.
They gave a six-year-old boy a quick swab in the nose, causing severe and persistent pain. They did not agree to do the salivary even though it was a child. Very rigid and indifferent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un farmaco senza ricetta e mi emette scontrino con codice fiscale altrui (presumo per la deduzione 730 sia stato registrato a qualcun altro). Non è professionale!
I bought a drug without a prescription and it issues me a receipt with someone else's tax code (I assume for the 730 deduction it was registered to someone else). It is not professional!

I was looking the make up stuff and the security man was always walking near me, it felt uncomfortable so I put my bag away so maybe I could see and give me some space...then someone else who works there come to me and said that they were doing me a favor by letting me touch the things(because of COVID) it felt so rude!!! 1- things were exposed 2-No signs saying that I couldn’t touch it 3-everyone who enters clean the hands at the entrance so do I...just doesn’t make sense to me why he was doing me a favor if I was there to buy!!!not only helpless but rude too! To the manager I would suggest put some signs at the display or take the testers away so it’s clear for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a rapid test, they said I’ll get results via sms in 15 min. Didn’t get the results after 2 hrs so I had to go back to the pharmacy and miss my train. After I came back for some reason they couldn’t give me a paper travel certificate and said that I have to wait an hour more. Still didn’t get the results and had to go to take a test elsewhere for my travel. Thank you for this experience.
