★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio per il tampone, l addetta in uno studio esterno, aveva prescritto il terzo tampone anche se il secondo era risultato negativo ad una persona anziana con problemi di deambulazione!. Mangiare davanti ai clienti durante la fase dei tamponi, poco professionale, idem per la non risposta ai saluti. Per la farmacia nulla da dire: professionali e cortesi.Consiglio: da riveredere assolutamente la scelta dello studio per i tamponi
Bad service for the tampon, the employee in an external study, had prescribed the third tampon even if the second had tested negative for an elderly person with walking problems !. Eating in front of customers during the swab phase, unprofessional, ditto for the non-response to greetings. For the pharmacy, nothing to say: professional and courteous. Advice: the choice of the office for tampons must be revered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'iter per l'effettuazione del tampone rapido è macchinosa in quanto non viene eseguito presso i locali della Farmacia ma in uno Studio esterno che seppur vicino non è adiacente e prevede tre tappe:farmacia-studio-farmacia, per le relative registrazioni. Il servizio svolto è prezioso ma andrebbe semplificato o perlomeno gli utenti dovrebbero essere preventivamente informati. Io l'ho scoperto al momento, purtroppo anche pochi passi in più per persone anziane o in difficoltà possono fare la differenza. Grazie.
The procedure for carrying out the rapid swab is cumbersome as it is not performed at the Pharmacy premises but in an external Studio which, although close, is not adjacent and involves three stages: pharmacy-studio-pharmacy, for the relative registrations. The service performed is valuable but should be simplified or at least users should be informed in advance. I discovered it at the moment, unfortunately even a few more steps for elderly people or people in difficulty can make a difference. Thank you.
