Esperienza pessima.
Mancanza totale di professionalità e competenza. Ho pagato per una reinstallazione di Windows ma il problema rimane: mi dicono - con un fare bifolco - che loro quello che era giusto fare l'hanno fatto e che se il problema rimane non è un problema loro! Mi suggeriscono di cambiare l'hard disk, poiché la causa è hardware e non software (come mai non se ne erano accorti prima?), glielo faccio cambiare ma il problema è ancora presente. Tale e quale.
Da quel momento non rispondono più. Ma comunque non gli avrei più portato il pc.
Rivolgetevi a professionisti meno improvvisati e magari più educati.

Bad experience.
Total lack of professionalism and competence. I paid for a reinstallation of Windows but the problem remains: they tell me - with a bifolcation - that they did what was right and that if the problem remains it is not their problem! They suggest me to change the hard disk, because the cause is hardware and not software (how come they hadn't noticed before?), I make them change it but the problem is still present. As such.
From that moment they no longer respond. But in any case I would no longer bring him the PC.
Talk to less improvised and perhaps more educated professionals.
