Mi sono rivolto a questa rivendita on-line di Cologno Monzese e dopo avere individuato il computer che mi interessava sul loro sito molto dettagliato - ho preso un Dell XPS 13 9360 touch screen - ho proceduto all'acquisto da loro. Innanzitutto, c'è da dire che il prezzo pagato e meno della metà del costo di mercato e questo già è un bel vantaggio. Una volta giunto a casa il computer, dopo un paio di giorni, sono rimasto molto sorpreso dal condizionamento del pacco (molto curato per evitare danni al prodotto), ma soprattutto dalla qualità dell'oggetto che praticamente è pari al nuovo. Molto curata è stata anche la assistenza e la comunicazione del personale durante la fase di vendita del loro prodotto che denota una grande serietà, disponibilità ed attenzione al cliente da parte di questo rivenditore. Una esperienza di acquisto pienamente riuscita su di un prodotto che davvero mi ha sorpreso per la qualità e lo stato generale a dir poco perfetto. Once the computer arrived home, after a couple of days, I was very surprised by the conditioning of the package (very accurate to avoid damage to the product), but above all by the quality of the object which is practically like new. The assistance and communication of the staff during the sale phase of their product was also very accurate, which denotes a great seriousness, availability and attention to the customer on the part of this dealer. A fully successful shopping experience on a product that really surprised me for the quality and the general state that was nothing short of perfect.

Ho chiesto se si poteva fare qualcosa. Mi hanno consigliato la pulizia interna. Ho portato il Laptop la mattina e me lo hanno restituito il pomeriggio. Adesso funziona come da nuovo! É più veloce e silenzioso. Prezzo onesto, gentili e disponibili anche nel dare spiegazioni. Sono molto soddisfatto! Laptop hp dv6 Pavillion 11 year old i3 processor, window 7 with working difficulties and always on fan often at maximum. I asked if anything could be done. They recommended internal cleaning. I brought the laptop in the morning and they returned it to me in the afternoon. Now it works like new! It is faster and quieter. Honest price, kind and also available in giving explanations. Bad luck maybe, but they got it for about a month for other issues they discovered without finding a solution. Never updated me forcing myself to continuous call every week to understand the progress. When spoke to the owner he didn't know anything about the situation, he always had to spoke with a tech which was always unavailable when called. Anyway, Thank you for your service. Sometimes odd times can happen. 1 star for the fact that pc is not running. At least before bringing it to them it was working.
