Nell'arco di 14 anni, in 2 occasioni mi sono rivolto a Tempocasa e, in entrambe le volte, la prima a San Maurizio al Lambro e ultimamente a Cologno Centro, mi sono imbattuto in veri professionisti del settore. Pur giovanissimi, ma di ottima competenza, grande disponibilità e precisione nell'espletamento delle pratiche procedurali. Un ringraziamento particolare e complimenti per Assunta e Giulia, Marco e Nicola. Infine, confermo per tutto il team (tranne per le femminucce), le passate esortazioni ad andare "a quel paese" per tutte le volte che mi hanno interrotto tramite citofono il pranzo o la cena nel tentativo di farmi vendere la casa che abito da 49 anni. Ho differito le richieste a quando l'amministrazione passerà a chi mi succederà per sopraggiunti limiti di età, per cui verrò trasferito d'ufficio in un minilocale monopersonale in una zona periferica nella direzione di Cernusco sul Naviglio. Un pò di pazienza, anzi, tanta, quanto più possibile.

I postponed the requests until the administration passes to whoever will succeed me due to age limits, so I will be transferred from the office to a single-person mini-apartment in a suburban area in the direction of Cernusco sul Naviglio. A little patience, indeed, a lot, as much as possible.

Avevamo idee ben precise circa luogo, dimensioni e tipologia di abitazione e trovarla non è stata facile ma Nico ha dimostrato abnegazione e passione per il cliente oltre ogni immaginazione. È stato il nostro punto di riferimento e tuttora ci sta aiutando in mille altri modi e questo ti fa sentire al centro e protetto sotto ogni punto di vista.

The search for our home with Tempocasa and in particular with Nico who followed us from the beginning began in May 2021.
