★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sabato 13/03 stampa da mail di 3 fotocopie in bianco e nero e 1 a colori 4,50 euro. Sono andata tantissime volte in questo punto vendita e non ho
mai speso una cifra simile, di solito era sui 0,20 o 0,30 centesimi a copia.
Vorrei che mi rispondeste pubblicamente con il listino prezzi delle fotocopie per chiarezza di tutti.

è stato sottostimato tantissimo e denigrato ( poi venduto on line al doppio del loro prezzo ).Al contrario il loro giro di usato non non è suscettibile di contrattazione. Saranno probabilmente tecnicamente bravi, ma front office e cordialità con il cliente " zero"!!!!! ll cellulare non lo avete neanche visto. perchè affermate che il vetro fosse rotto?? probabile io fossi antipatico alla vs collaboratrice, ma io ho scritto quello che è successo... forse sarò stato sfortunato...ma certo sono una persona onesta e non mi permetto di denigrare il lavoro altrui se non mi baso su una valutazione obbiettiva.

I was probably unpleasant to your collaborator, but I wrote what happened ... maybe I was unlucky ... but I am certainly an honest person and I do not allow myself to denigrate the work of others if I do not rely on an objective evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Kastore come punto di ritiro E-Price - servizio peraltro ottimo - ma da quando ho deciso di rivolgermi a loro per il servizio di assistenza e acquisto computer sono diventato un cliente fisso. Il personale è estremamente competente, cordiale e disponibile e lavora con la massima accuratezza e professionalità. Un notebook non troppo vecchio ma che sembrava ormai destinato alla discarica mi è stato riportato a nuova vita, con prestazioni anche migliori di quando l'avevo acquistato. Consigliatissimo a chi voglia acquistare o riparare un computer, tablet o cellulare oppure migliorarne le prestazioni.
I met Kastore as an E-Price collection point - an excellent service - but since I decided to contact them for assistance and computer purchase services, I have become a regular customer. The staff is extremely competent, friendly and helpful and works with the utmost accuracy and professionalism. A notebook that is not too old but that now seemed destined for landfill has been brought back to life, with even better performance than when I bought it. Highly recommended for those who want to buy or repair a computer, tablet or mobile phone or improve its performance.

Inoltre quando ho chiesto una seconda riparazione (per il medesimo problema) mi hanno fatto un preventivo folle e senza nessun tipo di sconto. MAI PIÙ. Certo,70€ per una striscia di colla e una dose di arroganza (presupponendo che io usi il notebook come un freesbee...) Comunque i concorrenti offrono lo stesso servizio a meno della metà del prezzo, ma con più gentilezza.
Bad, I paid a lot for a repair that didn't help. Also when I asked for a second repair (for the same problem) they gave me a crazy quote and without any kind of discount. NEVER AGAIN. Sure, 70 € for a strip of glue and a dose of arrogance (assuming I use the notebook as a freesbee ...) However, the competitors offer the same service for less than half the price, but with more politeness.
