Noi, in due, siamo andati a cena più volte e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il personale é gentile, accogliente e molto preparato. Ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci hanno spiegato bene i vari piatti, fornendoci i loro consigli sui vari abbinamenti, sulla base delle nostre richieste. Abbiamo preso: 2 piatti di Lardo di Colonnata stagionato in conca di marmo, pane nero e miele di castagno. Dal momento che era più che abbondante, la signora, gentilissima, ci ha consigliato di dividerlo, per fortuna dato che sarebbe stato davvero troppo! Il lardo squisito, si scioglieva in bocca! Insieme abbiamo chiesto di assaggiare 2 bei pezzi di gorgonzola dolce e 2 piccante, che personalmente adoro, e visto che eravamo lì non abbiamo saputo resistere. Poi abbiamo continuato con i primi, due piatti di Casoncelli alla bergamasca fatti a mano, burro fuso, salvia e pancetta croccante, gustosissimi! Per chiudere il tutto una fetta molto abbondamte di torta alla crema chantilly buona si, ma non eccezionale visto tutto il resto. Come finish una sambuca il tutto al prezzo di 66 euro, più che onesto viste qualità, abbondanza e la loro professionalità! Sicuramente consigliato! Restaurant located in Gorgonzola, convenient for parking and open for both lunch and dinner. The two of us went to dinner several times and were very satisfied. The staff is kind, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They made us sit down and explained the various dishes well, giving us their advice on the various combinations, based on our requests. We took: 2 plates of Lardo di Colonnata seasoned in a marble basin, black bread and chestnut honey. Since it was more than abundant, the lady, very kind, advised us to share it, luckily since it would have been really too much! The exquisite lard melted in your mouth! Together we asked to taste 2 beautiful pieces of sweet and 2 spicy gorgonzola, which I personally love, and since we were there we couldn't resist. Then we continued with the first courses, two handmade dishes of Casoncelli alla Bergamo, melted butter, sage and crispy bacon, very tasty! To close it all, a very abundant slice of Chantilly cream cake, good, but not exceptional given everything else. As a finish, a sambuca all at the price of 66 euros, more than honest given the quality, abundance and their professionalism! Definitely recommended!

Inoltre ho apprezzato che ci hanno controllato il green-pass. Bravi, continuate così! Cozy restaurant where the staff is very attentive to customers. I vini sono molto buoni i rossi sono di qualità ad adempio un gotturnio frizzante piacevole al palato che si abbina bene con i casoncelli burro e salvia che ho provato. Mi ha sorpreso il listino prezzi qualità prezzo ottimo. Molto soddisfatta. Very welcoming restaurant, kind staff, very good cuisine, good cook presents you with a tasty dish and the right portion. The wines are very good the reds are of quality for example a sparkling gotturnio pleasant on the palate that goes well with the butter and sage casoncelli that I tried. I was surprised by the excellent price quality price list. Very satisfied.
