In tanti anni e tante macchine acquistate o prese a noleggio, mai visto una cosa del genere! Preferisco buttare i miei soldi nel pozzo piuttosto che darli a questa gente.... se avessi dei dipendenti così, li licenzierei dopo 5 minuti, ne va del mio nome e di quello della mia azienda!!! Ovviamente, non mancherò di fare le rimostranze alla casa madre. Dateci retta, girate al largo! Sconsigliatissimi! Nonostante la situazione legata al COVID-19, mi hanno dato immediatamente appuntamento e, verificata l'urgenza della riparazione, si sono adoperati per ottenere immediatamente l'autorizzazione ed effettuare la riparazione in giornata, evitandomi il disagio della vettura sostitutiva. Al ritiro dell'auto mi hanno informata di aver fatto un controllo generale della vettura, oltre che la pulizia e sanificazione dell'abitacolo. Dei veri professionisti! Super consigliato!
